Are your meetings running smoothly effectively? Are the right people present during the meetings? Do your meetings result in clear agreements and decisions or is it rather the opposite? Do you receive an agenda in advance of the meetings and do the meeting notes correctly and clearly reflect how the meeting went? Does a meeting always need to be formally chaired by someone or are there other meeting styles? Why do people sometimes behave differently in meetings?

Content

External factors, organisational questions and processes as well as appropriate interactions during a meeting and structure concerning the content are covered as well as the 6 key elements of efficient meetings. Participants will also be introduced to the different methods and approaches to reach decision/conclusions. Finally, participants will also be introduced to techniques and approaches to have meetings that are more creative.
