Sometimes we smile about the artist “painting by numbers”. However, at the end you sometimes see wonderful masterpieces, in which you cannot detect the methodical approach. With the art of selling, it is similar. There are some rules existing, you should know – then selling is no artistry any longer. In this training, we provide accurate skills, dexterity and selling steps, which let you reach your goal in successful sales.

Any healthcare professional who wants to go into a sales function / recently took a sales function responsibility.

During the Basic Sales Training, participants will be introduced to the importance of:

  • Good preparation
  • Proper goal setting for the client meeting
  • Proper developing of a conversation
  • Proper questioning
  • Conversion of the product properties into advantages for customers
  • Accurate closing of the conversation
  • Accurate assessment of the profile of a/the customer
  • Understanding of the value of client objections

Learning methods

Optimum combination of: interactive presentations, case studies, reports based on experiences, reflection, group work, feedback, single work, questions and answers, discussion.
